New Dominion Construction partnered with the U.S. Air Force to deliver a design-build mechanical modernization project at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, Mississippi. The project replaced aging air handling units (AHUs) and variable air volume (VAV) systems serving the Conners and Winters Dormitories, including three residential wings and shared common areas. Fully coordinated mechanical designs and phased construction allowed work to proceed within occupied facilities while minimizing disruptions. The upgraded HVAC systems improved energy efficiency, indoor comfort, and long-term reliability, providing Air Force personnel with modern, high-performing residential facilities.
