Renovate Pinckney School Bathrooms

New Dominion Construction partnered with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Charleston District to deliver a design-build renovation at Pinckney Elementary School, Fort Jackson, South Carolina. The two-year, phased project modernized 26 restroom facilities with new finishes, fixtures, ceilings, plumbing, and casework, while upgrading doors, hardware, and integrated electronic access control systems throughout the school. Construction was strategically scheduled around summer breaks to avoid disrupting daily operations. The completed project enhanced facility functionality, security, and reliability, demonstrating NDC’s expertise in delivering complex renovations within occupied educational facilities on active military installations.
