New Dominion Construction partnered with the Fort Bragg Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) to design and construct a new female latrine facility at Camp Mackall. This turnkey design-build project included site development, utility installation, grading, concrete infrastructure, and construction of a durable CMU and structural steel facility with a metal roof system. Interior work featured epoxy flooring, acoustical ceilings, and complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, along with accessible sidewalks and site improvements. Delivered in an active training environment, the project provides a reliable, low-maintenance facility that enhances mission readiness and long-term operational performance.
