DC Sixty Hotel

New Dominion Construction partnered with Winmar Construction, Inc. to deliver the core and shell framing and drywall package for the DC Sixty Hotel renovation in Washington, DC. Supporting the transformation of the property into a luxury hospitality destination, the project included exterior partitions, courtyard and parapet wall assemblies, and specialty ceiling framing systems. Complex framing conditions required close coordination with structural trades and meticulous layout control to achieve demanding architectural tolerances. The completed work provided a precise, high-quality building envelope that reflects NDC’s expertise in premium hospitality renovations and architecturally complex interiors.
