Balfour Palisades

New Dominion Construction partnered with Gilbane Construction to deliver the interior framing and drywall package for the Balfour Palisades project in Georgetown, Washington, DC. The project included selective demolition, non-structural metal framing, fire- and acoustically rated gypsum board assemblies, shaft walls, specialty framing, and multiple ceiling systems with Level 4 and Level 5 finishes. Extensive coordination with mechanical, electrical, and plumbing trades ensured seamless integration of building systems while maintaining architectural intent. Completed to exacting quality standards, the project showcases NDC’s expertise in delivering complex, high-end commercial interiors with exceptional craftsmanship and multi-trade coordination.
