Cyrus One NVA10

New Dominion Construction partnered with HITT Contracting to deliver the drywall, cold-formed metal framing, and specialty containment scope for the NVA10 hyperscale data center in Sterling, Virginia. Executed on an aggressive, fast-track schedule within an active mission-critical campus, the work encompassed structural metal stud framing, high-performance drywall assemblies, and strut superstructure systems supporting overhead infrastructure. A significant portion of the scope involved engineered wire mesh and mesh cage enclosures and grid-and-wall containment systems providing secure separation for critical equipment areas. NDC developed detailed field mockups, resolved conditions through proactive RFI and submittal coordination, and managed material procurement and storage logistics to hold demanding milestones. The result was a durable, code-compliant package built to the exacting standards required of critical digital infrastructure.
