New Dominion Construction partnered with Gilbane Building Company to deliver drywall and ceiling scope for a multi-floor commercial tenant fit-out in Chantilly, Virginia. Work encompassed metal stud partition framing, gypsum board assemblies, acoustical ceiling systems, and door/frame installation across three floors of an active office environment. The team installed RF-shielded partition assemblies incorporating EMI foil and shielded floor systems and structural grid for sensitive-use areas, requiring close coordination with mechanical, electrical, and low-voltage trades. Strict site logistics, phased floor turnovers, and stringent access protocols required disciplined scheduling and sequencing to maintain quality and meet substantial completion milestones across each floor.
