Utica Army Reserve Bathrooms

New Dominion Construction delivered the design-build renovation of the Utica Army Reserve Center, modernizing a legacy facility while successfully completing work left unfinished by a previous contractor. The project included classroom renovations, complete reconstruction of men’s and women’s restrooms, replacement of in-ground plumbing systems, locker room upgrades, a new lactation room, and supporting interior improvements. Through disciplined project management and technical expertise, NDC transformed the aging facility into a modern, code-compliant training environment, demonstrating its ability to resolve complex renovation challenges and deliver high-quality facilities that support the U.S. Army Reserve mission.
