The project included advanced partition systems, fire-rated wall assemblies, acoustical ceilings, and specialty framing designed for a highly technical research environment. Extensive coordination with mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and laboratory equipment trades ensured precise integration of building systems and casework. The completed facility provides a durable, high-performance laboratory space, demonstrating NDC’s expertise in constructing technically complex, mission-critical research and life sciences environments.
