St. Anslem’s Abbey School

New Dominion Construction partnered with Coakley Williams Construction to deliver the framing, drywall, and ceiling systems package for St. Anselm’s Abbey in Washington, DC. The project included interior and exterior metal framing, gypsum wall systems, shaft walls, fire-rated assemblies, parapet walls, soffits, acoustical ceilings, insulation, exterior sheathing, and specialty construction details. Extensive coordination with mechanical, electrical, and architectural trades ensured seamless system integration and code compliance. The completed work provided a durable, high-performance building envelope and interior environment, demonstrating NDC’s expertise in complex institutional construction and comprehensive framing solutions.
