Replace (4) asphalt shingle roofs with standing seam metal roofs including all flashing, gutters, downspouts, and curbs. Replace (1) EPDM flat roof with new TPO including all flashing, gutters, downspouts, and curbs.
- Dealing with the existing roof trusses and sheathing on a building from 1946
- Meeting the historic requirements of specific gutters and downspout profiles
- Working overhead on fully operational buildings
