Design Build Police Station HVAC System
Client: United States Army
Demo existing duct system and old 25-ton roof top unit, design/build new HVAC system for the entire building including new 30-ton package unit, controls, pumps, gas fired boiler, VAV boxes, duct, etc.
- Keeping the existing HVAC system up and running while installing the new system throughout the entire building 24/7
- The building was a Police Station and had to remain fully operational 24/7 while we worked on the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC
