Multiple Building Repairs and Renovations

Repair over 18,000 SF of asphalt shingle roofs on (5) separate buildings and replace over 112,000 SF of existing asphalt shingle roofs with new standing seam metal roofs on (5) separate buildings. Replace 800 SF of an existing EPDM flat roof with a Kemper liquid applied roof system. Interior water damage repairs included drywall, paint, acoustical ceiling tile, carpet tile, and asbestos abatement.

• Simultaneously installing standing seam metal roofs on fully occupied 4 and 5 story buildings
