New Dominion Construction partnered with the Fort Campbell MICC to modernize three multi-story barracks facilities (Buildings 6771, 6772, and 6773) at Fort Campbell, Kentucky. The project replaced failing domestic water systems with new code-compliant piping and delivered comprehensive renovations to bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas. Mechanical and electrical upgrades included new fan coil units, LED lighting, controls, and ventilation systems. Executed in three carefully planned phases to maintain continuous occupancy, the project enhanced Soldier quality of life, improved facility reliability, and demonstrated NDC’s expertise in delivering complex renovations within active military installations.
