Sandblast and paint all interior structural components and metal wall panels, replace overhead doors and entry doors, replace all electrical including conduit, wiring, and fixtures, install new gutters and downspouts, pressure wash translucent vertical panels, and weld in new structural column bases.
Complete design for replacing (15) concrete fish kettles and associated utilities including surveying, utility locating, geotechnical engineering, structural engineering, and civil engineering.
- Adhering to the strict Fish Hatchery Schedule to ensure no disruption to the fish spawning.
