Client: United States Army
Demo existing space including asbestos abatement and construct new kitchen, bathrooms, entertainment area and activity rooms. New work included electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, drywall, framing, flooring, acoustical ceilings, painting, trim, cabinets, appliances, counter tops, tile, and storefront entry doors.
- Removing the existing utilities in the ceiling and reconfiguring to achieve taller ceiling heights
