Build a new gatehouse for the Canopy Lane Access Control Point including site work, utilities, monolithic concrete slab, insulated concrete form walls, EFIS exterior, level III ballistic storefront windows and doors, wood trusses, asphalt shingle
roof system, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, communications, drywall, paint, and lightning protection.
