Asbestos abatement and demolition of existing space, installation of new electrical including NIPR and SIPR, HVAC, plumbing including four bathrooms, new VCT floor tile, new doors and hardware, bathroom partitions, framing of all new walls including perimeter walls, hanging and finishing drywall, painting, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, etc..

• Conducting the asbestos abatement while parts of building were still occupied
• Working in a secure location involving work with secure data lines and a communications vault
