Partnership with Range Construction, LLC
NDC and Range Construction share a long and successful history of working together on federal construction projects. That relationship has formally evolved through participation in the U.S. Small Business Administration’s Mentor-Protégé Program.
Range Construction is an SBA-certified 8(a) and HUBZone small business. Through our SBA-approved Mentor-Protégé (MP) agreement, NDC serves as the mentor, providing business development support, financial and operational guidance, technical expertise, and shared resources to help strengthen Range’s long-term growth and competitiveness.
The SBA Mentor-Protégé Program is designed to help small businesses enhance their capabilities and successfully compete for government contracts. The program allows an approved mentor and protégé to collaborate closely — including forming joint ventures — while avoiding affiliation that would otherwise impact small business size status. This structure creates meaningful capacity building while expanding opportunity for both firms.
