ANC Renovate B314

New Dominion Construction partnered with the National Park Service to renovate Building 314 at Arlington House within Arlington National Cemetery, preserving the facility’s historic character while modernizing it for continued operational use. The project reconfigured interior spaces for offices and storage, restored the exterior envelope through slate roof, masonry, window, and drainage repairs, and completed structural improvements to reinforced concrete elements. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, and IT systems were upgraded to meet current codes and operational requirements, resulting in a reliable, code-compliant facility that supports the National Park Service’s long-term mission.
